Kelly Rae began her career as a hairstylist in high-end hair salons in her hometown of Mill Valley. She refined her expertise as a well-known hair colorist and moved to Los Angeles where she was recruited by Beverly Hills hair salons Umberto and David Dru. Her clients included celebrities and entertainment executives who loved Kelly Rae’s signature layered haircuts and innovative highlighting technique.

Kelly Rae became an educator for a plant-based herbal hair coloring line, which spurred her commitment to natural and organic hair coloring and hair care products. She continued her research as a master hair colorist and found a totally organic, biodegradable product line imported directly from Italy for her clients in Marin and Sonoma counties.

Kelly Rae is delighted to have relocated to enchanting Sebastopol and is excited to share her special salon space and her extraordinary skills with her clients of all ages and unique personal styles.

Rob has been in the business for forty years and still finds it to be wonderfully enjoyable. He knew at fourteen years of age that he would become a hairdresser. Family expectations required that he get a college education first. He then attended beauty school in Hollywood. He immediately bought a salon in Redondo Beach where he worked for twenty-five years. The need for a better quality of life required that he move back to his roots in Sonoma County.

Over the years, having experienced many new styles and trends, a new challenge is still  always welcome to stimulate his creativity. Rob specializes in cuts and color. He loves what he does and the interaction with customers, but foremost he strives to satisfy a customer's need with professionalism. He is excellent at working with a customer's wishers or creating with less direction. He prides himself for being dependable, reliable, consistent, flexible, patient, organized, and punctual.

My time in a luxury salon environment shaped not only my technical skills, but also my eye for detail and commitment to creating a personalized, elevated experience for every client who sits in my chair.
