Carlos is a CAMTC certified massage therapist with over 15 years of experience specializing in fascia-focused therapeutic bodywork. His sessions combine trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, breathwork, and restorative massage to release deep tension and help the body return to balance.
Over the years I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from highly stressed professionals and athletes to individuals navigating chronic pain, long-term illness, and cancer recovery. Others simply come to slow down, decompress, and reconnect with their body.
Each session is customized and integrates a range of therapeutic techniques that go beyond traditional massage, including:
• Myofascial release and fascia-focused bodywork
• Trigger point therapy
• Breathwork for nervous system relaxation
• Assisted stretching and postural awareness
• Lymphatic cupping
My goal is simple:
to help you feel more ease, mobility, and balance in your body.
Each session is customized based on what the body needs in the moment. The work focuses on releasing tension stored in the fascia (connective tissue), improving mobility, and helping the nervous system relax.

75 minutes — $175
90 minutes — $210
These sessions may include fascia-focused bodywork, trigger point therapy, therapeutic massage, breathwork, and assisted stretching depending on the client’s needs.
SIGNATURE FASCIA RESET SESSION
90 minutes — $250
This premium session may include additional techniques such as:
• Therapeutic cupping
• Gua Sha fascia scraping
• Assisted stretching
• Breathwork for nervous system regulation
• Application of ZΩMA fascia cream
This session is designed to release deeper tension patterns stored in the fascia and support full-body relaxation and mobility.
CHAIR MASSAGE
20 minutes — $60
Focused work for neck, shoulders, and upper back tension.
OPTIONAL TAKE-HOME
ZΩMA Fascia Cream
15 ml — $20 with session (normally $35)
